Is Antimullerian hormone a true ovarian marker for fibroid, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in infertile women?

Abstract

Objective: To measure Anti mullerian Hormone (AMH) concentration as a true ovarian marker in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fibroids and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (HH).
Methodology: This study was a prospective comparative trial conducted from January to November 2014 at Department of Animal science, Quaid –e –Azam University in collaboration with Salma & Kafeel Medical Center, Islamabad, Pakistan. A total of 128 females were enrolled in the study.
