Abstract | | | | Brown tumor is a non-neoplastic lesion which resulting from abnormal bone metabolism caused by hyperparathyroidism. We report a rare case of peripheral brown tumor related with primary hyperparathyroidism which simulating a peripheral giant cell granuloma of the jaws.
