Abstract | | | Cited by 0 Articles | An 11-year-old male patient came to ophthalmology OPD with complaints of loss of vision in the left eye for 5 days. The patient gave a history of trauma to the left eye by a chemical explosive from a carbide gun, following which the patient developed a diminution of vision in the left eye for 5 days. The patient was diagnosed with a chemical injury. The patient underwent amniotic membrane transplantation and simple limbal epithelial transplantation. After the surgery patient showed drastic improvement.
