Abstract
Objective: To analyze medicinal plant Phyllanthus reticulatus for phytochemicals in various parts of plant.
Methodology: Different parts of Phyallanthus reticulatus such as roots, stems, leaves, flowers and seeds were collected dried and extracted in different solvents (water, ethanol and methanol) for screening phytochemicals. The phytochemical quantitative analysis included phenolic compounds, flavonoids, tannin, alkaloids, glucoside, steroid, saponin, protein and carbohydrates.
