Bullous fixed drug reaction due to diclofenac – A case report

Fixed drug reactions are commonly seen in day to day dermatological practice . It is a clini-cal condition occurring at the same site or sites each time when the drug is administered leaving behind post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.Bullous variant of fixed drug reaction is uncommon that too with Diclofenac which is one of the most commonly prescribed NSAIDs by the physicians.A case of bullous fixed drug reaction after taking diclofenac is presented here which is considered to be one of the safe drug
