Late presentation with lung cavitation following post-covid infection: A case report

Although cavitary lung lesions are usually related to mycobacterial, parasitic, fungal, autoimmune or neoplastic etiologies, a few cases with lung abscess have also been reported after Covid-19 pneumonia and are rare. We present a case who developed a lung abscess six weeks after Covid-19 pneumonia.
