Abstract
Fat graft has increased in the last century and has increased usage in aesthetic dimension. There are many factors that affect the quality of the fat graft, including how the fat is obtained, the thickness of the cannula taken, the content of the tumulus solution, the centrifuge speed, the centrifuge time, and the type of tubes injected and how they are injected. In our study, unlike centrifuge and filtration method, we planned to purify the oil graft on a gelatine sponge. As a method, we achieved a more practical and shorter time with sufficient quality fat grafts. We think that it can be applied in practice especially in cases where a small amount of graft is required.
