Eosinophilia is commonly observed among patients with a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN). However, simultaneous ophthalmic, neurologic, and cutaneous involvement in MPN with eosinophilia in one patient has never been reported. We present a case of MPN with eosinophilia with uveitic glaucoma, sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL), and cutaneous involvement as clinical manifestations. The unusual eosinophilia symptom in MPN will be reviewed, as well as its response to hydroxyurea.

Key words: Myeloproliferative Neoplasm, Eosinophilia
