Access to pharmaceutical products: Algerian law as a model

Abstract
The pharmaceutical industry is actively involved in all phases of development, but its greatest contribution is translating and applying knowledge to develop products. Beginning with the inventive idea until the exploitation of the patent for an invention. Thus, the clinical trials required to obtain marketing authorization are largely funded by different sectors. In this context, the idea of public health is imposed, being one of the priorities to be protected.
