The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the calamities that has negatively affected the airline's industry. Most countries imposed travel restrictions to limit the spread of COVID-19, resulting in a significant drop in the rate of tourism. Currently, 32% of destinations around the world are completely closed to international tourism according to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). Motivated by the scholarly gap, in tandem with the devastating influences of COVID-19 on airlines business, in this paper we will spotlight the role of preventive measures within aircraft. In conclusion, airline companies are required to stay vigilant and keep conducting regular campaigns to educate and increase the publics awareness about COVID-19.
