Abstract

Epiploicappendagitis is one of the causes of acute onset abdominal pain and mimics acute diverticulitis, omental infarction, acute appendicitis clinically[1].
This article outlines the essential imaging findings that helps in differentiating the above mentioned conditions and thereby helps in planning the appropriate management .
