The objec_ ve of the study was to determine the immunological characteris_ cs of immunode_ ciency and immunosuppression in children and to es_ mate the type of disorder within the immunological system. In the prospec_ ve study with 90 pa_ ents included, all were separated into three groups (30 pa_ ents per group) of which the _ rst group was formed of patients with immunodeficiency; the second group of pa_ ents who were receiving the immunosuppressive therapy for autoimmune diseases for more than 6 months; and the third group being the control group formed of pa_ ents with uncomplicated bacterial infec_ ons. The follow-up parameters were gathered using ques_ onnaire on personal and family anamnesis of pa_ ents with immunological parameters: humoral unspeci_ c immuni_ es (CRP, C3, C4, IL1 and IL2), humoral speci_ c immuni_ es (IgG, IgM, IgA and IgE) and cellular speci_ c immunity. Concentra_ ons of medium values of CRP in pa_ ents with immunode_ ciency and on immunosuppressive therapy, sta_ s_ cally are signi_ cantly lower than in pa_ ents from the control group (p0.05). Concentra_ ons of IgG in group of pa_ ents with immunode_ ciency are sta_ s_ cally and signi_ cantly lower at medium and individual values (p
