Intussusception is the telescoping of one segment of the gastrointestinal tract into the distal segment. It is most commonly seen in infants, and present as bowel obstruction. The presentation in adults is rare. A 41-year-old, non-alcoholic male, presented with complaints of intermittent abdominal pain of 2 years duration and acute pancreatitis with pseudocyst of the pancreas due to duodenojejunal intussusception caused by a duodenal tubulo-villous adenoma. The patient was successfully treated by reducing the intussusception and wide local excision of the large adenoma. A complete literature review for tubulovillous adenomas was done and summarized.

Key words: Tubulo-villous adenoma, Chronic intussusception, Pancreatic Intussusception, Pancreatitis, Intestinal obstruction
