The purpose of this research is to develop the E-collaborative Learning Model to enhance the teamwork of preservice teachers, to compare the learning achievement result, and to study the characteristics of teamwork. The sample group is 38 from Cluster Random Sampling and drawing lots to set experimental group. The result shows that the E-collaborative Learning Model consisting of the learner centric learning and setting environment by allowing learners to practice working by teamwork, evaluating learning outcomes with real situation and instructors provide necessary basic knowledge. The experimental outcome reveals that learning achievement is significantly different from normal situation at the statistical level of 0.05. In summary, the E-collaborative Learning Model to enhance the teamwork of preservice teachers causes higher learners achievement and can be used to develop working by teamwork.
