healthy subjects, but CA15-3 in serum of G2 was compatible with control. The results showed the value of serum AFP in G1 (was not
significant different) when compared to control, while a highly significant difference in G2 was noticed when compared to healthy subjects.
Key words: CA15-3, AFP, breast cancer, prostate cancer.
