IMPACT OF ECONOMIC INDICATORS TOWARDS PEFORMANCE OF INDIAN CAPITAL MARKET

Abstract

The study is about determinants on the performance of stock market indices using monthly data over the period 2009 to 2019 for three macroeconomic variables, namely, Inflation, Exchange Rate, Crude oil Price, GDP and index included in NSE and BSE. By applying the tools Anova, Descriptive statistics and Regression model and the conclusion is that there is an impact on the market based on economic indicators and when analyzing about the market these factors can be taken in to consideration for the decision making process of the study.
