Coexisting molar and live twin pregnancy

Association of complete molar pregnancy with a live fetus is an unusual and atypical condition with only a few cases reported in the literature. It increases the risk of both fetal as well as maternal morbidity and mortality. We herby report a case of coexisting molar and live twin pregnancy.
