Le complexe OEIS est une malformation congénitale rare qui se définit par : Omphalocèle, Exstrophie du cloaque, anus imperforé et anomalies de la colonne vertébrale. Son incidence est de 1 grossesse sur 200 000 à 400 000 et son étiologie reste toujours un sujet d’étude. Notre but est de présenter notre expérience dans cette coexistence inhabituelle de ce complexe malformatif en insistant sur la pertinence de l’échographie dans le diagnostic anténatal ainsi on va exposer le progrès des techniques chirurgicales afin d’améliorer le pronostic
