This study aims to analyze the scientific literacy abilities of students' Islamic Religious Education learning in terms of the implementation of the group investigation model and the motivation to learn Islamic education. This research is a quasi experimental study with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The study was conducted on student learning in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) program. The sampling technique used convenience sampling with class A as the experimental class and class B as the control class. Data analysis test used two-way ANOVA with SPSS.
