Abstract
This study is aimed at identifying the modified role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between human capital and job empowerment at Jadara University. To achieve the aim of the study, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach, where they designed a questionnaire that includes the study variables, and distributed it to the universitys administrative workers. The appropriate statistical methods were used for its analysis. Accordingly, the study found out that there is a statistically significant effect of knowledge sharing on the relationship between human capital and empowerment at Jadara University.
