Abstract
Abstract
Takayasus Arteritis (TA) is a rare, chronic, progressive panendarteritis
involving the aorta and its main branches, resulting in ischemia and persistent hypertension. Hypertension affects the anaesthetic management where the main goal is to control the haemodynamics and prevent end organ damage. We present one case of diagnosed TA with hypertension posted for total laparoscopic hysterectomy.
