Among the various surgical options provided for the refractory idiopathic intracranial hypertension(IIH) with visual deterioration , the Endonasal endoscopic Optic Nerve Sheath fenestration (eONSF) is an excellent choice when CSF diversion alone fails to address and in this paper the authors describe the indications and surgical technique
