A case of huntington’s disease presenting with psychotic features

Huntington’s disease (HD) is a rare, progressive and fatal autosomal dominant neurodegenerative disorder, sometimes manifesting with psychiatric features. Depressed mood, anxiety, irritability, apathy, behavior disorders and psychotic symptoms are common psychiatric manifestations. In this report, we aimed to present a case of HD presenting with psychotic features and diagnosed as HD after 3 years.
