Villous adenomas are commonly mentioned as gastrointestinal tract pathological lesions but they are rarely presented as urinary bladder tumors. Scattered cases were published in the literature as case reports. We are reporting a case of a 65 year old male who presented to King Hussein Medical Center with multi urinary complaints and constipation. Patient found to have synchronous urinary bladder villous adenoma and ceacal adenocarcinoma. Here by we will discuss the presentation, diagnosis and management of this patient.
