Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans: a monstrous disfiguring localization

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, a slow-growing, low-to-intermediate-grade malignant sarcoma is a rare but not exceptional malignant tumour. The definitive diagnosis is pathological. The treatment is surgical. The excision should be as large as possible. The facial localization is exceptional. His surgery is mutilating and disfiguring. Its reconstruction uses techniques by free or pedicle flap. The authors report a case of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans monstrous and disfiguring facial localization.
