Abstract
Dermoid cysts are the most frequent periorbital tumors. The primary concern after total excision is an acceptable cosmetic result. Localization of incision during surgery effects the healing process and cosmetic result. In this report, we reviewed incision techniques while presenting a case in which we used upper skin crease incision for dermoid cyst excision.
