Abstract
Multiple pregnancy ratio is approximately 250 to 1. Along with higher intrautrine and perinatal morbidity and mortality, conditions like preeclempsia, preterm labor, IUGR, and twin to twin transfusion syndrome are more likely to be encountered. Twin to twin transfusion syndrome is known to be complicating 10-15% of monochorionic twins. In this case we aimed to review a monochorionic diamniotic pregnancy that was complicated with twin to twin transfusion syndrome regarding current literature.
