Sigmoid vaginoplasty for treatment of vaginal agensis

Abstract

The Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome (MRKH) is a rare cause of primary amenorrhea due to uterovaginal agenesis. Vaginoplasty using sigmoid graft for neovaginal is an option which offers adequate length and natural lubrication. Neovaginal of 8 cm could be obtained with no shrinkage during follow-up.
