In this study, the net financial position against the public budget of the working class in Turkey is tried to be determined. For this purpose, of the cost-benefit analysis used in order to find out the relationship between the working class and the public budget. Findings obtained show that the working class in Turkey has benefited from public expenditure significantly. However, the revenues transferred by the working class are more than the amount of public expenditure that it benefited from the public budget. In this case, two results pertaining the working class are: The first one is that, during the period under review, wage income is the funding source of the social wage, in other words this class funds the public services and expenditures, it derives from the budget. The second result is that the working class is in a position of net tax payer in the face of the public budget.
