Abstract
Primary tubercular sternal osteomyelitis is one form of extrapulmonary Tuberculosis which is quiet rare. we hereby present interesting radiological images of tubercular osteomyelitis of manubrium sterni with abscess formation in otherwise healthy 12 year old girl.
