Congenital Infantile fibrosarcoma is a rare tumor in children with limited information on imaging features available in the literature. It is a tumor of mesodermal origin, most commonly affecting the lower limbs. In this article, we report a case of congenital infantile fibrosarcoma in a 4-year-old child which mimicked as a sacrococcygeal teratoma of the pelvis.
