Abstract
Teachers and scholars have to apply different strategies and tactics to unlock amazing abilities of students brain considering the different capabilities of learners. Scholars should emphasize on building up positives and ameliorate negative within learners. Being trustworthy, motivated, involved, solid, creative, leaders, problem solvers and hard workers must be on top priorities for successful educational process that produce distinguished students and graduates
