Canine Transmissible venereal tumor (CTVT) is frequently reported disease among dogs, responsible for high morbidity and economic losses. Three clinical cases were presented at the clinic at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli. One male and two female German shepherd dogs were diagnosed with CTVT based on case history, tumour shape, and further confirmed by histopathological finding. The dogs were treated with vincristine intravenously at rate dose of 0.025 mg/kg, and cured within 4 weeks. All the three dogs are alive with no evidence of recurrence. This is the first reported case of CTVT from Libya and show the importance of combining history information, clinical examination and laboratory confirmation for diagnosis and suitable therapy.
