An 18-year-old female suffering from urinary incontinence with a normal menstrual cycle and normal external genital organs was referred for an ultrasound (US). She had a history of recurrent UTI. Urine analysis showed an uncountable number of red blood cells (RBCs), and bacteria in the urine. US scan showed a normal uterus, both ovaries, urinary bladder, proximal half of the vagina was completely emptied, a picture of vesicovaginal reflux.
