Abstract
Although obesity surgery can improve obesity and its complications, it may decrease the absorption of some foods from stomach. From the first day after gastric by-pass, it is known that the blood level of B12 decreases, but it is known to be measurable at 6 months. B12 deficiency may cause many psychiatric and neurological diseases or may aggravate the symptoms. In this case report, its aimed to present the patient, who was in remission before gastric surgery, 'major depression psychotic features' and the duration of treatment.
