Background:
Guaymi and Guabala Creole cattle are unique genetic resources adapted to tropical systems in Panama.

Aim:
This study aimed to compare the morphometry and morphology using classical zoometric analysis and automated classification via the Mooebius web app and random forest models.

Methods:
Morphological and morphometric data from 225 adult cattle were analyzed using nested analysis of variance and chi-square tests. A supervised RF classifier and web-based index calculator (Mooebius) were developed for aptitude prediction.
