Acute development of hypernatremic encephalopathy in young post partum female with no risk factor is extremely rare. Furthermore, there is no literature regarding rehabilitative care in such case. This case concerns a rare presentation of the postpartum hypernatremic encephalopathy with cerebral hemorrhage, rhabdomyolysis and acute kidney injury in normal pregnancy and delivery with no other associated risk factor in past. This case report discusses her clinical course, management with emphasis on Neurorehabilitation. Early Neurorehabilitation with follow up is helpful for good functional outcome in young stroke.
