Abstract
Diaphragmatic hernia is a rare entity. How ever following blunt trauma to the chest or
upper abdominal wall may result in diaphragmatic hernia. Patient may present early or may
present later. In this article traumatic diaphragmatic hernias are discussed briefly with respect
to presentation, investigations and management.
