Isolation, characterization, and bioproduction capacity of cytochalasin Dproduced by endophytic fungus Xylaria sp. DAP KRI-5 that isolated from Albertisia papuana Becc.has been done in this study. Isolation of cytochalasin D was conducted by using open column chromatography method. Chemical structure elucidation of Cytochalasin D was deduced from 1D-, 2D-NMR and UPLCqTOF-MS/MS spectrometry analyses and also compared withpublished data elsewhere. Bioproduction capacity of cytochalasin D by fungus Xylaria sp. DAP KRI-5 was 0.05763 g/L.
