Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain that Consciousness, or rather Awareness, is linked to the Heart and not to the brain-mind, and that it is therefore essential to recover, or for many, discover, this truth. In this context, we will provide all the elements to explain how the erroneous belief that Consciousness is linked to the brain-mind came about and why, instead, it is linked to the heart and in this context is called Awareness, and how important it is to recover a Systemic Vision in which body, mind, soul-Spirit, and energy are correlated. Obviously, we consider consciousness to exist and we explain why.
