Introduction: - Aging is a universal and inevitable change, which takes place even that best of nutrition and health care. It is a normal process of time related change that occurs throughout life Aging involves all aspects of organisms and is largely characterized by a decline in functional efficiency and decreased capability to
compensate and recover from stress.Objectives:- To assess the prevalence of selected health problems among old age people. To associated the selected health problems among old age people with selected socio demographic variables. Hypothesis: - There is no significant relation between selected health problems among old age people with selected socio demographic variables. METHODOLOGY: The quantitative research approach was adopted for the study. 50 old age people was selected through purposive sampling technique. RESULTS: 7(14%) were having hearing problems, 11(22%) were having viral problems, 6(12%) were having digestion problems, 34(68%) were having fatigue, 28(56%) were having edema, 15(30%) were having incontinence, 34(63%) were having joint pains.
