Anesthetic management of a case of insulinoma

Anesthetic management of insulinoma is a challenge to anesthesiologists.Risks include recurrent hypoglycemic episodes and neurological deficits.Here we present a case of insulinoma which was posted for tumor resection and was succesfully managed perioperatively
