Congenital glaucoma is a worldwide problem and is a challenge to the ophthalmologist.Timely diagnosis and management helps in reducing the rate of avoidable blindness as a resultof this disease, specially in developing countries. Early surgical intervention isthedefinitivetreatment. The purpose of this study is to report a case of untreated congenital glaucoma with intercalary staphyloma (which is a rare entity) presenting to a secondary care institute in this hilly terrain and highlight the ocular findings
