We report a rare case ofacute pancreatitis complicated by pseudocyst formation, portal vein thrombosis andpseudoaneurysm formation in the intrapancreatic vessels, with subsequent rupture of thepseudoaneurysm into the pseudocyst following heparin administration for portal veinthrombus.
