Skull Base Osteomyelitis is a life-threatening medical conditions but fortunately rare and usually occurs as a consequence of refractory ear infections. It is uncommon condition but associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Therefore, early diagnosis and prompt treatment is very important in managing this disease.
