Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune dermatological disorder characterized by erythematous, scaly plaques that significantly impact a patient's quality of life. Conventional treatment primarily focuses on immune suppressants and symptomatic relief, often leading to side effects. This case report presents a 61-year-old male patient with psoriasis managed through Ayurvedic interventions, incorporating Shodhana (~ purification) and Shamana (~palliative) therapies. The treatment included internal medications, Panchakarma procedures, and lifestyle modifications. A significant reduction in clinical features and Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) score was observed, indicating the potential efficacy of Ayurvedic management in chronic skin disorders.
