Diabetic foot preventation from amputation with epidermal growth factor: A Case Report

Diabetic foot is a common complication of diabetes mellitus and it is the most common cause of foot amputations worldwide. Coordinating patient care with other specialists, using new treatment technology and including the patient as a significant part of the team are all required for effective patient care. In this presentation, general approach to patients with diabetic foot wound and contributions of recent innovations to clinical improvement are summarized.
