Impact of Green Spaces on Consumers Well Being In Restaurants (a Case Study of Treehouse Grill Restaurants) In Wuse 2, Fct Abuja, Nigeria

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of green spaces on consumer wellbeing in Treehouse Restaurants, examining the interplay between restaurant design, consumer satisfaction, and loyalty. Through a mixed-methods approach, this research addresses four key questions: (1) What is the impact of green spaces on consumer wellbeing in Treehouse Restaurants? (2) How does the design and layout of Treehouse Restaurants influence consumer wellbeing? (3) What are the key factors contributing to consumer satisfaction and loyalty in Treehouse Restaurants? (4) How do consumers perceive the value of green spaces in Treehouse Restaurants, and what are the implications for restaurant management and marketing? By exploring the complex relationships between green spaces, consumer wellbeing, and restaurant design, this study provides valuable insights for restaurant managers, marketers, and designers seeking to create wellbeing-enhancing dining experiences.This paper explores how urban green spaces at the Treehouse Grill Restaurant in Wuse 2, FCT Abuja, influence patrons' well-being.The study aimed to investigate the impact of green areas on patrons' well-being and contribute to sustainable urban environments. A questionnaire was designed to gather demographic information, perceptions of green spaces, and insights into physical and psychological well-being, social interaction, ambiance, and overall satisfaction. The findings revealed patrons' frequency of visits, the influence of greenery in choosing dining spots, intentional use of green spaces, and their impact on physical and emotional states. The study also assessed the role of green areas in fostering social interactions and contributing to the overall dining ambiance. Objectives were achieved through the examination of physical and psychological well-being, social interactions, design and layout evaluation, and identification of challenges and opportunities. Respondents provided valuable feedback on specific features enhancing their dining experience.
