Belching After Biliary Pancreatitis and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract

Introduction: Belching is often reported symptom. It is rarely an isolated disorder and mainly occurs within various gastroduodenal diseases. Aim: The aim is to show the great breadth of clinical symptoms of postcholecystectomy syndrome which should have a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach taking into account all aspects of patientÂ’s life. Case report: We report a case of excessive belching within postcholecystectomy syndrome which disturbs the general psycho-physical condition of the patient, with symptoms of depression and anxiety, and social isolation, which significantly reduces the quality of his life.
