Abstract
We present a 46 year old man with a history of left shoulder pain following a fall onto his left shoulder. Task specific mobilizations were applied to improve functional status and home planned exercises for consecutive three weeks. The pain decreased (VAS 7-3), range of motion increased and functional status of shoulder joint improved.
